Michael Steven Wade

Micheal Steven Wade, 52, of Georgia, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025, at 9:01 p.m. at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on December 28, 1972, to Minnie “Gail” Jean Wade and later adopted by Loron William Wade, Micheal grew up with a deep sense of family, resilience, and love that he carried throughout his life.

Micheal was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rhonda Wade, and a proud father to his two daughters, DJ Freeman and Stephanie Wade, who were the center of his world. His love for his family was unwavering, and his greatest joy came from spending time with them, sharing laughs, stories, and memories that will be cherished forever.

He will be remembered for his kind heart, his quiet strength, and the way he could make those around him feel safe and loved. Micheal’s presence brought comfort, his humor brought smiles, and his wisdom guided many.

Micheal is preceded in death by his parents, Loron William Wade and Minnie “Gail” Jean Wade. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda; his daughters, DJ and Stephanie; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.

A celebration of Micheal’s life will be held on August 16th 2025 at 3pm

Though he is no longer with us, Micheal’s love, spirit, and lessons will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
