Filiberto Santoyo

Franky Santoyo July 14, 1992- August 4, 2026

He is a licenced Vetnarian tech. He loved animals. Especially dogs, he leaves behind, his 4 dogs, Everyone that knew him loved him dearly. He has a contagious laugh & a very kind heart.

He leaves behind his family, his twin brother Tonio, & older brothers Jessie Santoyo, Stephen Parish, Eddie & Buddy Rowan. & his parents Filiberto & Sylvia Santoyo , & many cousins. He is loved dearly. And is a devastating loss to his family. We will mourn him for the rest of our lives. 

His laugh was contagious. And he laughed all the time. He was a licenced vet tech, because he loved animals so much, he was a very hard worker & he loved his family & friends deeply . His dad, Filiberto Santoyo, Mama, Sylvia,Santoyo, his brothers Eddie & Buddy Rowan, Stephen Parish, Jessie Santoyo, Tonio Santoyo, Nieces & nephews, and his little cousins, Summer Benner, Kc Cole & Phebe Suddeth. He spent his last day with his Mama & little cousin swimming at Tanner beach in carrollton laughing & splashing like a little kid. He was happy & carefree that day.
