Donald Randall Thomas

Donald Randall Thomas, beloved father and skilled carpenter, passed away peacefully at his home in Marietta, GA, on August 21, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on May 29, 1948.

Beyond his trade, Randall was a passionate musician. He played guitar in various bands throughout his life, sharing his love for music with friends and family. His talent and love for performing were evident, bringing joy to many and creating countless memorable moments that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Randall is survived by his son, Randall Dwayne Purdy, and grandchildren Mathew Purdy, Spencer Purdy, (Jessica Purdy), and great grandsons, Josiah Purdy, and Titus Purdy. He will be missed deeply by all who had the privilege to know him. As we remember Randall, let's celebrate his life filled with laughter, music, and the love he shared with those around him.

Randall was preceded in death by: parents Donald E Thomas, Betty Thomas, and sister Jacquelynn T. Meek.
