Brenda L. Chaffer

Brenda Lynn Harris Chaffer peacefully passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, warmth, and cherished memories. In accordance with her explicit wishes, no formal memorial service will be held. Instead, her family will celebrate her life privately by scattering her ashes into the ocean off Jekyll Island, Georgia-one of her most cherished places.
​She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Manly Harris, Jr and Martha Beatrice Harris, as well as her beloved son, Troy Lawrence Cobb.
​Brenda's memory will be forever cherished by her surviving family. She is remembered with deep affection by Troy's widow, Lynn Cobb, along with Troy and Lynn's daughters, Rebekah, Christie, and Katelyn. She leaves behind her daughter, Christy Cobb Bell, and son-in-law, Timothy Bell, along with their daughters, Annie and Miranda. She is also survived by her son, Travis Cobb, and daughter-in-law, Kimber, along with their sons, Kai and Ian.
​A devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, Brenda's presence brought light and joy to those around her. Her family will carry her spirit, kindness, and love in their hearts forever.
